Von Dohlen Family Maternity Session – Blossom Trail
Meet my cousin’s, the Von Dohlen family. Mike, and his sister Karen, grew up in Modesto while I lived in Fresno. We saw each other now and then, when all the family would get together for Thanksgiving or for a wedding, but during the summer I would spend my time in Modesto so we would see each other more.
Karen and I are close in age, and being girls, we had similar interests and spent time together. We liked to pick on Mike and do all the things big sisters do to annoy their younger brother.
When Mike and his wife moved their family to Fresno for a job, I was thrilled! I was so excited to have them close and get to see them more.
Mike’s wife, Holly found out she was expecting their third child and it was a surprise to everyone, but everyone was so excited to have a new addition to the family.
I reached out to them and offered to do a maternity session for them and they accepted. We met in one of the last orchards on the blossom trail that still had blossoms. It was a beautiful afternoon and we had a lot of fun hanging out together among the trees.
We are all so excited to meet Ms. Abigail when she arrives. She is joining one of the sweetest and most loving families around. The kids are so excited to welcome their younger sibling in just a few weeks!
