Cayucos Beach Senior Session | Cayucos and Paso Robles, CA Emma’s Cayucos Beach senior session was so much fun! Todd and I were on a little weekend getaway and offered to meet with Emma and her mom for her session on the beach if they were able to make the drive for a day. They […]

The Fresno Murals senior sessions in downtown Fresno are one of my favorites! Mitchell’s interest in art inspired this artsy session.

Jillian was in town visiting her grandpa, who is dating one of my best friend’s mom. They contacted me and asked if I could do a small senior session for Jillian. She wasn’t going to have senior portraits done because it isn’t something her dad saw much value in. I of course said yes! Boy, if her dad and I could talk about how valuable they actually are!

I just love working with seniors. They are usually down for just about anything I ask them to do. At the beginning of their session they are often shy and nervous, unsure about being in front of the camera, but once I get a really great shot of them and show them back of camera, suddenly they are a superstar model!

Like all sessions, Corissa was a little nervous at first, but within 15 minutes she was a PRO! This girl was amazing and so much fun to photograph. She was down for anything I asked of her and she SLAYED the sassy poses. I need her to teach a class on mastering the sass.

My first senior session in almost THREE MONTHS…AH!!! So crazy and it felt so good to be back. Jordan contacted me about doing senior portraits and wanted them ASAP! I was so excited to finally dust off my camera and connect with clients again.

Brandon attended Buchanan High School. He was involved in track and field and was a key football player. His heart is big, he loves deep. I couldn’t be more proud of the man he has become.

Teneil was one of my students when she was in the 4th grade, and again in 5th grade when I changed grade levels the following year. We were very close back then and I am so blessed that we have kept close over the years.

We headed downtown to the mural district. We are so lucky to live in a place that values the arts and gives artists wonderful opportunities to use their talents on the empty walls of buildings. If you live in Fresno, take a drive downtown, park, and WALK around to see all the amazing art. You have to go into some alleys to see some hidden gems. I found new things during this session that were so cool!

Ashley will be attending Biola University in the fall. She will be studying to become a pediatric oncology nurse. Talk about using your personal experiences to help others!
